PALOMAR ICON FRACTIONAL LASER

The Palomar ICON has two distinct features that help make this procedure easier on your skin while maintaining excellent results: it beams a non-ablative, fractional laser.

Non-Ablative meaning it does not create a wound on the outer layer of skin in order to develop healthy skin. Non-ablative lasers reach deep under the skin to promote repair from within while protected by the healthy surface cells.

Fractional meaning the beam is comprised of multiple columns of lasers in order to leave small gaps of untouched skin cells which help the affected cells heal quicker (as opposed to a ‘full field’ which heats the entire surface is reaches).
